BASIC FUNCTION OF POSITION:
The incumbent provides complete oversight for RDMA and its constituent posts’ trainings and employee
development programs and activities. The incumbent is mainly responsible for developing short and long-term training and development goals, including designing, coordinating, facilitating and managing the development activities of all employees. In addition, the incumbent coordinates award programs, Thai student intern and U.S. summer hire programs as well as assist with travel authorizations and general human resources management functions.

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:

To serve as a clerk working on publications inventory and packing exhibits, PA's mail clerk, messenger, etc. Responsibilities include, but not limited to, assisting in distributing books, program materials and magazines including packing, sending via mail or delivery by oneself upon request; preparing monthly inventory of books in stock; assisting in re-packing publications and materials, ordered by other posts in the region that shipped via Bangkok; assisting, planning and completing necessary construction of circulating exhibits, particularly paper shows, to suit a variety of venues.

Responsible for handling all administrative and logistical processes of all types of official and personal shipments in all kinds of transportations (Air, Sea and Land) for all agencies in the Embassy. Arrange the car inspection, registration, licensing and title transfer for all official and privately owned vehicles also requesting gasoline tax refunds for ACSA agency. Handle for apply initial and renewal the Thai driver license for all American Mission employees and eligible family members at post.

BASIC FUNCTIONS REQUIRED:
Responsible for handling all administrative and logistical processes of all types of official and personal shipments in all kinds of transportations (Air, Sea and Land) for all agencies in the Embassy. Arrange the car inspection, registration, licensing and title transfer for all official and privately owned vehicles also requesting gasoline tax refunds for ACSA agency. Handle for apply initial and renewal the Thai driver license for all American Mission employees and eligible family members at post.

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:

(1) Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Political Science, Social Science or Arts is required;

(2) Two years of experience in transportation, logistics or a closely related field that has provided experience in customs regulations and practices;
